No orders will be refunded once the order is shipped. You will only receive a tracking number once USPS takes possession of the package. Tracking numbers will be sent within 24 hours. We will only refund if the order is still in our possession. Refunds are guaranteed if requested before orders are shipped. Please request refunds within 12 hours of placing order since our processing time is 24 hours unless it is a wholesale order. If there are any issues with delivery, you must reach out to USPS.
